Disgrunntled? You bet !
« on: November 13, 2016, 02:06:21 PM »
So after 6 seasons of hard elk chasing . I've come.to the conclusion that im nothing but pains reciprocal. And when the uncontrollable urge to take a crap in the woods has subsided im left with many hours alone to contemplate the war inside my head ( Mr. Majestic ) but i always come back to these suspected successful elk hunt vidioes and pictures that player this forum and the manly manual cover that fish n feathers schemes up each year but I have figgered. You guys out. !! First you are a doctors lawyer and fly in your kill with chopper from the Alaska outback because you can or your over age 55 and some old crotchet has somehow determined. You have to much time on your hands and you met him for lunch and he crowned you MASTER HUNTER ! You get your first service call to be at the ranger station by nachos and they hand you a costume that resembles a Iraqi attack suit they hand you a missle siloe with a Hubble telescope point out which of the feeding heard to take set up the photo shoot and plaster it everywhere these are the escapes. I use to believe as much as I can but next year is a new painful year ! So if your headed to Deshuttes pic me up cuz its the only place not compleatly conquered by wolves I hear

Rimrock must have sucked horribly this year, getting worse and worse up there, especially with the wolves.

Mods, is there a way to be notified every time someone posts?

He's a terrible writer, and I don't think he checks or edits anything he writes. Some of the sentences just stop in the middle, so I think he may be writing on a smartphone with spellcheck, etc.

Example: but I have figgered. You guys out!

I think he's trying to be funny with references to Mr. Majestic and the Hubble telescope reference; they're just such vague references that nobody really picks up on them.  I can sort out some of what he's saying, but a lot of it doesn't make any sense.  Again, I'm guessing that the spellchecker in his phone changed enough words to change what he meant to say.  Some of it that doesn't seem to be misspelled just doesn't make sense, like "plaster it everywhere these are the escapes" and "I'm nothing but pains reciprocal" and "I use to believe as much as I can but next year is a new painful year!"

I'm a writer, and I also help other writers edit their work, and when they're pouring it out and not stopping for anything, some of it isn't much better than this!  I suspect he was in that same kind of "zone" when he laid this down. Some time spent editing it would have been helpful, for sure.

You're unfamiliar with his previous works, I take it.

Sup sup cryder?!

Hunting the Rimrock and Newman Lake area is going to be perpetually frustrating. Since you're already driving across the state to elk hunt, why not go to the west side?
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

Missle silo is a high powered high dollar rifle, Hubble telescope is a giant scope, Iraqi attack suit is all camoflauged out, master hunter being shown a herd out in a farmers field easy pickings. Post pics on here like it was a bad ass hunt I guess maybe? That's what i gathered at first
